Rubber High-Pressure Oil Hose

Composed of an inner rubber layer + middle rubber layer + multiple layers (4/6
layers) of steel wire winding reinforcement + outer rubber layer. The Rubber
High-Pressure Oil Hose are spirally stacked, providing extremely high pressure
resistance (working pressure can reach 70-120MPa, ultra-high pressure models
can even be higher).
Excellent anti-pulse performance, able to withstand frequent pressure shocks,
suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Temperature Resistance and Media Compatibility
Operating temperature range: -40℃~120℃, adaptable to extreme environments.
Compatible with petroleum-based liquids (mineral oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil),
water-based liquids (emulsions, water), etc. Some models are resistant to
corrosive fluids. Physical Properties
The tube body is flexible but deforms little under pressure, resistant to
bending and fatigue. The outer rubber layer is wear-resistant, anti-aging, and
resistant to environmental corrosion (such as dust and moisture).
