AAK Cartridge Relief Valve Optimized from HydraForce Std. Part

Cyrano, an experienced buyer of hydraulic cartridge valves from Greece, encountered difficulties with a batch of hydraulic cartridge relief valves. At the beginning of the year, they developed a hydraulic power unit and used a hydraulic cartridge relief valve purchased from a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in Ningbo. During the commissioning of the hydraulic power unit, the operation was not stable. Patrick and I know each other at the PTC exhibition in Shanghai. He has worked in HAENCHEN hydraulic equipment company in Germany for a long time. AAK hydraulic sequence valves replaced the Spanish factory with design

Hudson is an old purchaser of LARZEP company in Spain. He cooperates with us on are some non-standard hydraulic sequence valves, and often discuss some difficult and miscellaneous problems of hydraulic sequence valves with us. In the second half of last year, their company developed a machine tool hydraulic system, which uses the hydraulic sequence valves to implement the device of positioning first and then clamping. In order to save development time, Hudson purchased directly from Spanish hydraulic sequence valve manufacturers. According to the hydraulic sequence valve drawings provided by Hudson, the factory delivered 20 hydraulic sequence valve samples in 30 days. After the test run, it was found that the positioning clamping device reacted slowly after the machine tool was started. This feature can effectively reduce the throttling loss of the system under the working pressure and make the clamping and positioning system of the machine tool sensitive. Hudson team had to stop the machine test and let AAK immediately test the sample according to AAK design recommendations. After 30 days, AAK sent 20 hydraulic sequence valve samples and provided our working schematic diagram. Hudson team installed and commissioned the machine tool after receiving it, and the machine tool was continuously tested for 48H. The reaction of the positioning and clamping device of the machine tool has always been normal. Hudson emailed us that AAK newly designed hydraulic sequence valve was more reliable than their native Spanish ones, and their engineers were surprised by AAK design ability. AAK Hydraulic Manifold Block Higher Efficiency Lower Cost

For a hydraulic manifold block with many deep holes and great difficulty in finishing, the original hydraulic manifold block manufacturer worked on the trial order for 15 days. After 15 days of processing, the single hole processing cost increased by nearly 30%, and the production efficiency was only 1/5 of the normal. AAK Hydraulic Needle Valves 450bar over 1 Year service life

Carter comes from an excavator manufacturing company in Italy, and the purchase of hydraulic needle valves has been smooth in recent years. At the beginning of last year, an excavator sold by their company for less than 6 months was complained by customer. The boom of the excavator falls too fast due to its own weight, which is easy to cause danger. Their technician found that there was a problem with the hydraulic needle valve of the hydraulic system. There were obvious wear marks at the contact point between the valve spool and valve seat of the hydraulic needle valve, which was easy to leak. The leakage of the hydraulic needle valve will cause the oil saving and speed limiting circuit of the hydraulic cylinder to be uncontrollable. The boss was very angry that the equipment sold for only half a year was complained and asked Carter to find out the cause of the hydraulic needle valve problem and solve it. AAK Hydraulic Pilot Operated Relief Valve Advantage & Feature

Caleb is an old customer of AAK in Mexico and has purchased hydraulic cartridge valves from AAK for 4 years. At the end of last year, he emailed me to discuss 3 issues related to hydraulic pilot operated relief valves. 1. The internal leakage of AAK hydraulic pilot operated relief valve cannot exceed 1 drop/min. 2. Can AAK hydraulic pilot operated relief valve achieve multi-level pressure control? 3. Can AAK hydraulic pilot operated relief valve be customized within 35 days? Looking closely at these 3 questions, I guess he encountered a problem when purchasing a hydraulic pilot operated relief valve. After communication, it was learned that in September, they developed a multifunctional excavator. Due to time constraints, Caleb purchased the hydraulic cartridge valves from a local hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in Mexico, but the test run was not successful. Because the internal leakage of the hydraulic pilot operated relief valve is not up to standard, multi-level pressure control also fails, resulting in a weak excavator and unstable operation. After being optimized by the original hydraulic pilot operated relief valve manufacturer, it still failed to meet the standard, so Caleb wanted AAK to try this hydraulic pilot operated relief valve. The valve spool is installed from the oil inlet end of the valve sleeve, and then blocked by a retaining ring. The valve spool and valve sleeve are sealed by a gap, which is the source of non-compliance. After discussing with their engineers, Caleb asked AAK to sample in this direction. A radial hole for oil control passage is provided between the valve spool and the valve seat. There is a steel ball between the valve seat and the pilot valve spool.
