Chrom-LinX® Empty Chromatography Column

Chrom-LinX® large glass chromatography columns can be divided into two designs: single and double adjustable cylinder. The single adjustable cylinder design mainly consists of adjustable cylinder, column tube and fixed cylinder. The double adjustable cylinder design replaces the fixed cylinder with an adjustable cylinder to extend the volume range that can be loaded. Chrom-LinX® laboratory grade chromatographic column is standard with 10 μm screen (optional 5 μm screen) and is compatible with common tomographic fillers of different particle sizes. Chrom-LinX® laboratory grade chromatographic columns are made of biocompatible materials with good chemical tolerance. It is compatible with common aqueous solutions and most organic solvents, but does not tolerate chlorinated hydrocarbons, acetone and other ketones, fatty esters and phenol, etc. At the same time, it is prohibited to use under the condition of containing more than 2 M NaOH, 1 M HCl, other strong inorganic acids, 75% acetic acid solution. Chemical Resistance of Chrom-LinX Laboratory Grade Empty Columns Chrom-LinX® laboratory grade chromatography columns empty are made of biocompatible materials with good chemical tolerance. The columns can be used in aqueous solutions and almost all the organic solvents commonly used in liquid chromatography of macromolecules. The columns intolerant of chlorinated hydrocarbons, acetone and other ketones, aliphatic esters, and phenol. The columns are not allowed to use the solution containing more than 2 M NaOH, 1 M HCl, other strong mineral acids, or 75% acetic acid.
