Single Abrasive Brush Deburring and Edge Rounding Machine Gtsm-W

This type machine equips only abrasive wheel brushes, which can be used
efficiently for deburring, edge rounding and surface finishing. It uses grit
240 or 360 abrasive strip wheel as grinding tool, also the abrasive wheel grit
can be customized according to different working condition. The Single
Abrasive Brush Deburring and Edge Rounding Machine has standard wideness 900mm
and 1300mm to meet various applications.
Also known as a Rotary Brush Deburring Machine, Sheet Metal Edge Rounding
Machine or Abrasive Wheel Brush Deburring Machine, the GTSM-W is suitable for
manufacturers that need safer, smoother and more consistent edges after laser
cutting, punching, stamping, shearing or other sheet metal fabrication
processes.
Meanwhile, both magnetic and negative pressure ventilator sucking are
available to fulfill magnetic and non-magnetic materials processing. The
machine can grind up to 2mm radius edge rounding, which is quite enough for the
most applications.
