Small-caliber dredge Pumps (Diameter ＜250mm)
 
Available in single-pump casing and double-pump casing designs, these compact
mud pumps stand out for their superior pressure resistance that enables
efficient long-distance solid-liquid material transport. Boasting a simplified
structural design, they feature easy disassembly, assembly and part
replacement, significantly reducing maintenance time and operational costs for
our customers.
 
Medium-caliber Dredge Pumps (Diameter 200–500mm)
 
Designed with a single-pump casing, single-stage, single-suction and
cantilevered horizontal structure, this series offers two flexible
configurations: integrated bracket type and separate pump-and-casing type. All
models are fitted with submersible pumps for versatile underwater operation;
for high-lift working scenarios requiring 2-level or higher series operation,
the in-hull pump unit can be customized into a dual-pump system, effectively
boosting conveying head and adaptability to complex working conditions.
Large-caliber Dredge Pumps (Bore Diameter 600–1200mm)
 
This heavy-duty series provides two structural options for in-cabin use: dual-
pump casing type and single-pump casing type, both adopting a single-stage,
single-suction, cantilevered horizontal design with a stable integrated
support bracket. Equipped with forced dilute oil lubrication system, the pumps
ensure smooth and wear-resistant operation of key components, extending service
life under heavy load. For submersible applications, the single-pump casing
design is exclusively adopted to reduce overall weight, making the pump much
easier for lifting, lowering and on-site movement. A humanized front-
disassembly mechanism is paired with professional dedicated tools, realizing
quick assembly and disassembly—greatly simplifying daily maintenance, on-site
repair and part replacement work.
