Triangular Telescopic Insulation Height Measuring Rod

Metric scale is used on a triangular telescopic insulating height measuring rod,
which can measure the height of overhead power lines and communication lines from
the ground, it can also be used to trim branches, clean wires, replace fuses,
replace light bulbs.
