This is an economic sort of coating line relate to slim ACP top/bottom coil
coating. Product thickness 0.02 mm ~ 0.1 mm appropriates for dividing panels
This coating line is an enhance for those coating factories which intend to
enhance product variety. It also matches factories in restricted measurement.

Application: For coating top coil and bottom coil of ACP( Aluminium Composite
Panel), specially for coating slim gauge aluminium coil making use of for
dividing panels.

Coil loading → Uncoil machine → Pretreatment (Including Degreasing, Water
washing) → Chromizing → Drying → Re-direction → Topside roller-coating
