Centrifugal slurry pump: The motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, and
the slurry gains energy under the action of centrifugal force, being thrown out by
the impeller and discharged through the pump casing, suitable for conveying medium
and low concentration slurries.
Structural features: The wide flow channel prevents blockage, and the wear-
resistant materials such as high-chromium alloy, rubber, or ceramics are used for
the flow-passing components.
Common types: horizontal slurry pump, vertical submerged pump, submersible slurry
pump.

with flow rate directly proportional to rotational speed, suitable for high-
concentration and high-viscosity media.
Screw Pump: Single-screw design, delivers smooth and pulse-free flow, capable of
pumping high-viscosity slurry with concentrations ranging from 40% to 80%.
Plunger pump/diaphragm pump: Suitable for ultra-high pressure or leak-free
conditions.
3. Vortex slurry pump: The rotating impeller generates a vortex, causing solid
particles to flow toward the channel center, reducing wear. It has lower efficiency
but excellent wear resistance.

UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and mortar slurry pump is a cantilever single-stage
single suction centrifugal pump, and its flow components are made of steel lined
ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. This pump has the characteristics of
corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and can adapt to various working
conditions. It is used to transport acid, alkaline clear liquid or slurry,
corrosive slurry, various dilute acids and sewage media. The applicable media
include sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 80%, nitric acid with a
concentration of less than 50%, hydrochloric acid with various concentrations, and
liquid alkali. The temperature range of this pump is -20 ℃ to 105 ℃ (using
modified material U00), the flow range is 5-2600m ³/h, and the head is within 80m.
Its semi open impeller design enhances the flow passage and can transport media
with a solid content not exceeding 40%. This series of products is widely used in
industries such as sulfuric acid phosphate fertilizer, non-ferrous metal smelting,
