PTO drive shaft

The brand-new replacement PTO shafts suitable for Finish Mowers, Tillers,
Spreaders, Hay Tedders and many other applications.
PTO is one of the series 4, and is designed for 40HP, it comes with 1 3/8"
6-spline push pins at both ends to facilitate installation. With safety
shield included. the PTO has a length of 43" from the end to the end and has
an extended length of 58" maximum length extended.
These PTO shafts work with these Finish Mowers:
Bush Hog ATH 600, ATH 730, ATH 800, FTH 600, FTH 480 FTH 720 MTH 600, MTH
720 Series Mowers
Landpride: FDR1548, FDR1572, FDR1648 the FDR1660, FDR1672, and FDR2548,

Installation Instructions
PTO SHFT INSTALLATION DIRECTION
Assembly installation
1 plastic pipe that is press-fitted and cap made of plastic,
2 Fill the groove of the horn by applying oil
3. The nylon bearing should slide into the groove. Align the nylon bearing
with the plastic cover
Disassembly
1. Remove the bearing clamp made of nylon (three places) using a screwdriver
and then remove the steel pipe from the plastic cover for protection.
2. The nylon bearing must be removed from the groove on the yokes.
3. Repetition the above steps for the second side.


SLOWING THE PTO DRIVESHAFT

1. Eliminate your safety cover.
2. Reduce the length of the outer and inner tubes to the desired length. The
inner and the outer tubes must be cut by identical lengths at a at a time.

tubes.
4. Cut the inner and outer plastic pipes in accordance with the length

5. Lubricate the internal drive tubes and then reassemble them using the
