Vertical Horizontal Centrifugal RPP pump

FPL vertical pump is a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump made of reinforced
polypropylene (RPP/FRPP) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) for vertical
installation, primarily used in chemical pipelines for transporting acidic,
alkaline, and saline corrosive liquids. Material: The pump body is injection-
molded in one piece using reinforced polypropylene (RPP/FRPP) or polyvinylidene
fluoride (PVDF), with high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
Structure: The vertical design has same inlet and outlet ports aligned on the same
centerline, allowing direct installation in pipelines like valves, with minimal
footprint and easy maintenance. It uses mechanical seals to protect the motor and
bearings from chemical gas erosion, extending service life. ‌‌
FP,FPD is a horizontal reinforced polypropylene centrifugal pump, with the material
being reinforced polypropylene (CFR-PP). It has a horizontal single-stage single-
suction structure, and the pump and motor are directly connected or by a shaft
coupling.
FPZ pump is a horizontal corrosion-resistant plastic self-priming pump with self-
priming capability: fill it with liquid once before the first use, and no further
refilling is needed. It adopts a mechanical seal design, eliminating the need for
additional cooling water. The pump body is made of reinforced polypropylene (CFR-
PP). Suction height: 3-6 meters.
FRPP pump is suitable for conveying corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and
salts, it is applied in fields like chemical industry, food, pharmaceuticals,
electroplating, papermaking, environmental protection, and water treatment
