XDP-RP Deburring machine

The Jianmeng XDP-600RP Metal deburring machine can efficiently process metal
parts and sheet edges, remove rough burrs generated during the processing, and
ensure smooth and safe workpiece surfaces.
At the same time, it can effectively remove the oxide layer on the metal
surface and heat affected zone after welding, significantly improving the
adhesion of coatings and paints.
This device integrates two functions: sanding belt deburring and universal
roller brush chamfering, which can complete multiple surface treatment
processes in one stop, improving production efficiency and product quality
stability.
Suitable for stainless steel, aluminum alloy plates, iron plates, copper
plates, etc., different parameters can be adjusted and suitable abrasives can
be selected according to different processing requirements.
This equipment can be equipped with a set of 3KW wet dust collection system.
