Product Overview

The Heavy-Duty Stationary Hydraulic Rock Breaker Manipulator is an industrial-
grade fixed hydraulic breaking solution independently developed for harsh
mining, quarrying, and aggregate processing working conditions. Different from
traditional mobile breaking equipment, this stationary manipulator adopts a
fixed base mounting structure, matched with a high-power hydraulic drive system
and professional rock breaker hammer. It is specially used for secondary
crushing of bulk ore, rock block breaking, and fixed-point demolition of
construction waste.
Designed to replace manual breaking and frequent excavator auxiliary breaking
operations, the equipment solves the pain points of low efficiency, high safety
risk and serious wear of mobile equipment in traditional bulk material
crushing. With stable operation, strong breaking force and long continuous

Working Principle
This stationary hydraulic rock breaker manipulator takes the hydraulic pump
station as the power core, transmits stable hydraulic power to each hydraulic
cylinder of the mechanical arm and the rock breaker hammer. Through the
coordinated action of telescopic, rotating and lifting hydraulic cylinders, the
mechanical arm is accurately adjusted to the target breaking position. Relying
on the high-frequency impact force of the hydraulic rock breaker, it crushes
oversized bulk rocks and ores that cannot be fed into the crusher, so as to
realize standardized feeding of materials and ensure the continuous and
efficient operation of the crushing production line.
