Fluoroplastic liner self-priming magnetic pump

ZMD fluoroplastic liner self-priming magnetic pump is our company's new generation
of corrosion resistant self-priming magnetic pump. It not only has the advantages
of fluorine plastic magnetic pump, but also has self-priming function. The pumps
can be widely used in chemical industry, non-ferrous metal smelting, pesticide,
acid and alkali production, paper making, pickling process, rare earth separation,
electroplating, electronics, foils, acid and alkali discharge and other industries.
The flow parts are lined with fluorine plastic, and the pump body is made of metal
material, which can bear the weight of the pipeline. The pump cancels the shaft
seal, use the magnetic coupling drive, no drip leakage phenomenon, to ensure safe
production conditions. It is highly efficient and energy saving, safe and
practical.

The pump body of self-priming pump is composed of liquid storage chamber, impeller,
sealing ring and other parts. Suction height is 2 to 4meters. Without the bottom
valve and irrigation, self-priming height is for 4 meters, before starting the pump
cavity filled with liquid, to achieve the role of self-priming to complete pumping.

Applicable medium: moderate concentration of acid, alkali, salt, organic solvents,
etc

Medium temperature: -20 to 100 degrees Celsius.
