Our 1-barrel brewing system includes the following key components:
Saccharification/filtration tank: made of 304 stainless steel with rectangular
side manholes for easy feeding and cleaning. The interior is equipped with
wedge wire mesh screen panels to ensure efficient filtration.
Boiling/cyclone tank: also made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with 7.5 kW
heating elements to support efficient boiling and cyclone separation.
Hot water tank (HLT): for heating and storing hot water for the brewing
process, with a precise temperature control system.
Control Panel: Integrated touch screen control to simplify the operating
process, monitor and adjust brewing parameters in real time.
Pumps and piping: made of food-grade materials, resistant to high temperatures,
ensuring the safe transfer of liquids between vessels.
