5.5kw-7.5kw VFD System

S300 has two series: A for asynchronous motor and E for synchronous motor.
For example S300A-2-4T 5.5k suits for 5.5kw asynchronous motor and S300E-2-
4T 5.5K suits for 5.5k synchronous motor. Variable frequency dives system
are widely used in paper making, food and beverage, packing, construction
material, textile, machine tools, water supply and ventilation, rubber and
plastic extrusion, etc.
Frequency drive, also called servo drive, ac drive or ac inverters, is used
to adjust motor speed and torque. In smart control industry, variable
frequency drives are used to save energy and increase working efficiency.
Variable frequency dives system are widely used in paper making, food and
beverage, packing, construction material(such as brick making, construction
hoist), textile, machine tools, water supply and ventilation, rubber and
plastic extrusion, etc.
Advantages of Micctech VFD system are mainly in these sides:
1. Micctech VFD system Suit for most of Asynchoronaus and synchoronause
drive and support kinds of control method. For example:
Asynchoronous drive can choose No PG flux vector control, with PG flux
vector control and V/F control;
For synchoronous drive, it can choose No PG flux vector control, with PG
flux vector control.
2. Compatible encoder:
It support rotary transformer and ABZ incremental encoder.
3. Communication:
Modbus, CANopen and Profibus-DP.
4. Steady and reliable:

5. High starting torque:
In No PG flux vector control mode, when output frequency is 0.25Hz, VFD can
reach 150% rated torque; In PG flux vector control mode, when output
frequency is 0Hz,
VFD can reach 180% rated torque.
6. High torque precision:
In No PG flux vector control mode, torque control precision is less than
7.5%;  In PG flux vector control mode, torque control precision is less
than 5%.
7. Compact structure:
Book style structure saves room for whole electric cabnet. More VFD system
can be installed in the same width cabinet.
