AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Valves No Vibration Low Impact

Erop comes from Russia, and started purchasing hydraulic cartridge valves from
Ningbo 2 years ago. In the second half of last year, they customized a
hydraulic cartridge valve for use in their power unit equipment. After
debugging, it was found that the equipment has 3 disadvantages: vibration, high
impact, and high energy consumption. Their engineer optimized the hydraulic
system, but the customized hydraulic cartridge valve did not work well. After 3
times of revision, the sample still failed to match the equipment requirements,

Erop found AAK in B2B, browsed AAK website for more than 5 minutes, and left a
message: Can the AAK hydraulic cartridge valve solve the problems of vibration,
high impact, and high energy consumption in the hydraulic power unit? This
question is too big. It is hard to determine if it can be solved solely by
replacing hydraulic cartridge valves. After communication, it was learned that
his customized hydraulic cartridge valve was unable to upgrade their equipment.

Based on the schematic diagram of the power unit system provided by Erop and
the anatomical diagram of the original hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer,
AAK engineers have determined that the valve spool of the original hydraulic
cartridge valve is under unbalanced force and is a hidden danger, AAK can make
samples to solve the hidden dangers of equipment vibration and impact, but not
very certain to solve the energy consumption problem. Erop may not have a
better choice, and asked AAK to make samples after a week later. After 45 days,
AAK sent out 10 samples of hydraulic cartridge valves.

4 weeks later, Erop informed us that the equipment trial run was successful.
Their engineers were very satisfied with the 2 advantages of AAK hydraulic
cartridge valves (no vibration, low impact). Their hydraulic power unit energy
consumption also decreased by more than 10%. Compared to similar devices in the
market, their equipment highlighted 3 major selling points (low vibration, low
impact, and energy consumption reduction).

The concept of AAK hydraulic cartridge valve is that the original valve spool
is in an open state and cannot be closed, which is the root cause of impact and
vibration. If the valve spool is closed or opened, a large amount of oil is
required, which also leads to high energy consumption. We made clever moves

1. The valve spool is arranged in the valve chamber of the valve sleeve and can

chamber, and the rear of the valve chamber is separated into a pilot controlled
opening chamber and a pilot controlled closing chamber by a convex plate
located on the outer side of the rear end of the valve spool.

2. The spring is installed in the spring installation chamber at the rear end
of the valve spool, and there is a ring shaped extension at the rear end of the
boss, and the outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the valve
chamber. The rear end of the valve chamber is fixed with a guide sleeve that
allows the ring shaped extension to slide through it.

3. The valve chamber between the boss and the guide sleeve forms a pilot
controlled closing chamber.
