AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Valves Vibration Resistance No Leakage

The competition of hydraulic cartridge valves in the Türkiye market is very
fierce, and the order is lost when the price is high. Hassan is from Türkiye.
It has been 3 years since he purchased hydraulic cartridge valves from AAK.
Last September, he inquired about a hydraulic cartridge valve equivalent to
HydraForce standard part RV10-20A. Because AAK's quotation was 12% higher, he
placed the order elsewhere, but he returned 6 months later. No matter how

Last September, Hassan’s Company launched a hydraulic crushing hammer that has

6 months later, Hassan suddenly asked me if the price for the hydraulic
cartridge valve RV10-20A I quoted last time was still valid. After
communication, it was learned that the hydraulic cartridge valve produced by
the other manufacturer leaked, causing abnormal operation of the hydraulic
crushing hammer. Their engineers reported that there were signs of leakage at
the connection between the hydraulic cartridge valve cover cap and the valve
seat. The original manufacturer blamed the hydraulic crushing hammer for
causing too much vibration, resulting in loose connections and leakage. I asked
Hassan back, did the hydraulic cartridge valves previously supplied by AAK leak
at the connection? This is a small detail issue, as long as it is handled
properly, there will be no leakage. At the end of April, we delivered 200 pcs
of RV10-20A hydraulic cartridge valves, which solved his urgent need.

Yesterday, Hassan sent an email with plans to repurchase 200 pcs of RV10-20A
hydraulic cartridge valves. If small details are handled improperly, they will
become major issues. The AAK hydraulic cartridge valves have never had the
leakage issue at the connection between the valve cover cap and the valve seat
caused because of the vibration. The key is that before assembly of each
hydraulic cartridge valve, Loctite thread anaerobic adhesive is applied to the
threaded connection and the valve seat is tightened. However, most hydraulic
cartridge valve manufacturers omitted this process.

Thread anaerobic adhesive is a single component sealing adhesive. When the
adhesive surface is isolated from air and catalyzed, it can quickly polymerize
and cure at room temperature, achieving 100% sealing. This thread anaerobic
adhesive has properties such as heat resistance, pressure resistance, low
temperature resistance, impact resistance, shock absorption, and anti-
corrosion. As long as it is not in ultra-high temperature medium, it is 100% no
leakage.
