Irek from Russia has placed 6 orders with AAK for hydraulic valve blocks,
including ductile iron hydraulic valve blocks, aluminum hydraulic valve blocks,
and alloy steel hydraulic valve blocks.

4 months ago, Irek informed us via email that the 5 pcs of ZG20SiMn material
hydraulic valve blocks were tested and there were a few residual burrs in the
deep holes. No burrs were found in the hydraulic valve blocks purchased from
AAK previously. After investigation, I found that the operator was careless
during the sample process. AAK is willing to bear all costs incurred in
removing the burrs on the hydraulic valve blocks in Russia, then there has been
no further news from Irek, but what has come finally is a 100 pcs of repeat
order for the hydraulic valve block that was complained. Similar issues have
also occurred in our American customers. They only reminded us, and continued
to place the orders.

Hydraulics, HydraForce, Skyjack, Honeywell etc. Although AAK is a small
company, our positioning is clear. The pain point of products of our peers is
AAK's greatest advantage.

As I mentioned earlier, AAK focuses on orders from first-class companies in the
world. Because a first-class enterprise has a strong technical force and
maintenance department, those small problems can be solved easily. Good quality
means no after-sales service, and no after-sales service is the best after-
sales service. This is also AAK's after-sales definition of hydraulic valve
blocks, cartridge valves, and hydraulic manifolds. I am confident in the
manufacturing quality of AAK hydraulic valve blocks, cartridge valves, and
hydraulic manifolds. Even if AAK encounters quality issues, they are minor
issues, easy to maintain, and quick to replace parts.

I am thinking that if similar problems occur to poor customers abroad, it will

after working with a large enterprise, this small problem will be resolved.
Poor customers may not have maintenance capabilities at all and do not know
much about technology. If there is a problem, whether it's a major problem or a
minor problem, he won't solve it or doesn't want to solve it. He will tell you
that there is a quality problem, you either send someone to repair it or get it
returned. At this time, many hydraulic valve block manufacturers often have no
choice.

AAK hydraulic valve blocks, cartridge valves, and hydraulic manifolds focus on
improving quality, especially manufacturing quality, must be aligned with
international first-class brands. This is the only correct development path for
AAK at present, and there is no second way to go. Regardless, any manufacturer
of hydraulic valve blocks, cartridge valves, and hydraulic manifolds must have
good manufacturing quality and benchmark against international first-class
brands, and then do business with first-class enterprises. Unfortunately, the
vast majority of peers do not see it this way. They focus on orders and prices.
