Accuracy of AAK hydraulic valve block is 5% higher than that of HydraForce

AAK uses the DMG five axis machining center imported from Germany, which
improves the stability and accuracy by 30%. Less than 5% of the hydraulic valve
block manufacturers in the domestic industry are equipped with this set of
equipment. After suffering losses elsewhere, an American customer went back to
AAK after 45 days to place the order for hydraulic valve blocks.

Last December, I received an inquiry from American customer Joshua about a
hydraulic valve block. At that time, I was a little surprised to see the
accuracy requirements of the hydraulic valve block. The accuracy was 5% higher
than that of HydraForce series. This was not a small challenge, but I was still
confident. The next day, I sent quotation to Joshua directly. Joshua then said
that it was 12% higher compared with other hydraulic valve block manufacturers,
he could not place an order with AAK. After 45 days, Joshua asked us whether
the last quotation of hydraulic valve block was still valid. If the original
price is maintained, he will place the order for the hydraulic valve block.

For the sincerity of cooperation, Joshua also frankly told why he moved the
hydraulic valve block order to AAK. The original hydraulic valve block
manufacturer made samples for two times, and the parameters of each hydraulic
valve block were not very stable. Some hydraulic valve block sample had very
good accuracy, while others were very poor, which wasted 3 weeks of time.
Joshua also checked with other manufacturers. All of them are not confident to
achieve the accuracy that is 5% higher than that of HydraForce series. Another
2 weeks were wasted again. The customer was very angry that the order has been
placed for 5 weeks, but the sample of the hydraulic valve block still could not
be approved. Joshua felt that only AAK can make the sample successfully at one
time. Even if it is 12% more expensive, it is acceptable. Aware of Joshua's
dilemma, we specially spare a high-precision DMG five axis machining center
lathe to arrange the proofing of this hydraulic valve block. A week later, AAK
sent the hydraulic valve block samples. After 10 days, there was still no
feedback from Joshua about the hydraulic valve block samples. We asked Joshua
to know that he was also waiting nervously.

Until Joshua's email last week, we know that his customer was very surprised
that the accuracy of this hydraulic valve block sample not only exceeded 5%
that of the HydraForce series, but the parameter stability of AAK hydraulic
valve block was also more than 30% higher than that last time. Frankly, we were
not surprised by this data, because more than one customer was surprised by the
accuracy parameters of AAK hydraulic valve blocks.

The reason why the accuracy of AAK hydraulic valve block exceeds 5% of
