Base band: the skeleton material adopts polyester-cotton impregnated canvas
(EP canvas, steel rope core) and transverse rigid reinforcing layer; adding
lateral rigid reinforcement layer into the belt body solves the problem of belt

Side guard: according to the function of the side guard and the operation
characteristic of the whole belt, measures such as increasing the glue content
of the side guard and adding nylon cloth as the skeleton layer are
adopted.Enhanced the bending resistance and tear resistance of the retaining
edge, and increased the service life of the side guard.
Clapboard: adopt the mixing process of rubber material and fiber composite
material to make the clapboard has great rigidity, high hardness, enhanced
impact resistance, and avoid deformation due to the large force.
Adhesion of base band, side guard and baffle: adopt the advanced technology of
secondary synchronous low-temperature continuous vulcanization, improve the
bonding strength, and avoid aging base band due to multiple high temperature
vulcanization.
