Pneumatic conveying system is widely used in chemical, fiber, food etc area,
especially for some food and medicine industry, closed pipeline can meet
hygeiene requirement. The features of this sytem is as follows:

Dense phase pressure conveying generally uses compressed air at above 0.1Mpa to
push materials from a hopper and high pressure rotary valve or pressure vessel
through a pipeline to the destination where the air and product are sparated by
a filter or other systems. The product extrudes through the pipeline at low
velocity , towards the destination.
Components and principle:

1. The system is combined with feed hopper, rotary valve or venturi devices,
pipelines and receiving hopper and filter, the air supply is roots blower or
centrifugal fan.

2. Material is poured into the feed hopper , then discharged to pipe through
the rotary valve or venturi, the mixture of air and material moves from the
pipe to receiving hopper resorting compressed air, the air is separated from
the mixture on the top of receiving hopper and released.

3. The material in the pipelines moves at a suspended state.
