Dry Dual Sand Belt Deburring GTSM-SS

The Dry Dual Sand Belt Deburring Machine is designed for two-stage burr
removal, slag grinding, oxide removal and straight-line surface finishing of
flat sheet metal parts.
The GTSM-SS deburring machine equips only 2 sand belts, usually the 1st one is
in coarse grit and 2nd one in fine grit to make 2 steps deburring process,
especially for heavy burs or slags. After that, the 1st roller rubber uses
hard rubber and 2nd one uses soft one, which to generate same effect of
removing burs step by step.
Also described as a Dry Double-Belt Deburring Machine, Dry Wide Belt Deburring
Machine or Dry Wide Belt Sander for Metal, the GTSM-SS provides a
straightforward solution for manufacturers that need strong material removal
and surface grinding without a water circulation system
Besides, we use strong and annealed profile steel for structure frame which can
guarantee accuracy and stability.
