Wet Dual Sand Belt Deburring GTSMW-SS

The Wet Dual Sand Belt Deburring Machine is same as dry machine that the
1st one is in coarse grit and 2nd one in fine grit to make 2 steps deburring
process, especially for heavy burs or slags. After that, the 1st roller rubber
uses hard rubber and 2nd one uses soft one, which to generate same effect of
removing burs step by step.
Also described as a Wet Double-Belt Deburring Machine or Wet Wide Belt
Deburring Machine, the GTSMW-SS is suitable for sheet metal parts produced by
laser cutting, plasma cutting, flame cutting, stamping, punching and shearing.
Processing Purpose
The metal deburring machine is also designed for only burs removal and surface
polishing, simple and cheap solution for most sheet metal workpieces post
processing after laser cutting, stamping, shearing, etc. But it can generate
relatively smoother and finer surface due to water involved during grinding
process. Therefore, the processed workpieces can be used in some cases which
need smooth surface sheet metal such as elevator, kitchen equipment, home
appliance, etc.
