Hexagonal Gabion Mesh Double Twisted Gabion Basket & Mattress
We produce double twisted hexagonal gabion mesh with complete specifications.
Common mesh sizes include 60×80mm, 80×100mm and 100×120mm, paired with wire
gauges from 2.0mm to 3.0mm. Multiple surface treatments are optional to suit
harsh environments. Our gabion baskets, mattresses and mesh rolls are ideal for
erosion control, channel lining, embankment and retaining wall construction.
Hexagonal gabion mesh features a double twisted weave and is fabricated into
gabion baskets, mattresses and slope protection mesh for stone-filled retaining
structures. We supply products manufactured from hot-dip galvanized wire,
Galfan wire and PVC-coated galvanized/Galfan wire.

Thanks to its flexible structure, double twisted hexagonal mesh adapts better
to minor ground settlement than rigid welded mesh panels. It is widely used for
river regulation, erosion control, embankment reinforcement, drainage channels
and retaining wall construction. All specifications including mesh aperture,
wire gauge, surface coating, basket dimensions, diaphragm spacing and lacing
wire can be tailored to project drawings and actual water exposure conditions.
