Welded Gabion Baskets & Panels Rigid Gabion Mesh for Construction
We supply rigid welded gabion panels in galvanized, Galfan and PVC-coated
options. Our standard wire gauges run from 3.0mm to 5.0mm, paired with mesh
apertures of 50×50mm, 75×75mm and 100×100mm. A full range of basket sizes
and assembly fasteners are also available. Boasting rigid structure and tidy
box appearance, our products work well for landscaping, retaining walls, river
control and roadside infrastructure works.
Welded gabion mesh consists of rigid welded wire panels, manufactured to
assemble stone-filled baskets, landscape walls, retaining structures and
erosion control units. We adopt hot-dip galvanized wire, Galfan wire and PVC-
coated galvanized wire as raw materials.

Baskets are assembled from flat welded panels using spiral binders, C-rings,
clips or lacing wire. Internal stiffeners are fitted on exposed sides to
prevent panel bulging after stone filling. Unlike twisted gabion mesh, welded
gabions deliver flatter surfaces and standard box shapes, ideal for projects
requiring tidy appearance, neat alignment and modular installation.
