Biochemical filters are manufactured using plasma assisted deposition (PIAD)
and ion beam assisted deposition (IAD) processes 
to ensure stable spectral performance and long service life.Multiple structural
designs, multiple matching types and cut-off background 
above OD6 can make the system obtain a good SNR.
