The primary differences are rated voltage and insulation thickness: AF-250-2Q is a 250V compact type, AF-250-2 is the 600V standard type, and AF-250-2H is the 1000V heavy-duty type. Final selection should also consider conductor size, finished O.D. and equipment-level standards. Q2: Can the AF-250 series be used continuously at 250°C? The AF-250 series is rated for continuous operation up to 250°C. Actual service life is influenced by conductor temperature rise, environmental media, mechanical flexing, installation method and voltage stress. Critical applications should be validated under actual operating conditions. Q3: What AWG sizes are available? The series supports custom sizes from 38 AWG to 8 AWG. Current standard tables list common sizes from 32 AWG to 10 AWG / 11 AWG. For non-listed sizes, please provide conductor construction, target O.D. and electrical performance requirements for confirmation. Q4: Can colors, lengths and conductor construction be customized? Yes. We can customize insulation colors, solid/stranded conductor configuration, lengths, packaging, and select O.D. and electrical parameters per project requirements.
