Single-screw pasta production line adopts the durum wheat flour as the raw material forming into various shapes of pasta dishes after extruding, slaking, forming and drying.  The mixing process is a key process in macaroni production. The basic process is to weigh the raw materials of different weights according to the formula, then pour them into the crusher and smash them, and then temporarily store all the materials in the storage bin. Then all the ingredients are ready, put them in the blender and mix them. Allow the mixed material to be transported to the next stage. Extrusion is a high temperature, short time heat treatment process. Through the extruder different mold (template) , can produce  each kind of shape.
