AAK hydraulic manifold, energy saving, high efficiency

Timothy from Italy has cooperated with AAK for 4 years. Our first cooperation started from hydraulic manifolds. In the first half of this year, their company planned to introduce a new, multi-functional hydraulic press at the exhibition. But the equipment debugging was not smooth, the operation efficiency was not high, and the energy consumption was also large. The differential circuit design simplifies the hydraulic manifold system, reduces the operation cycle of the hydraulic system from 30 seconds to 20 seconds, and greatly improves the production efficiency. 3. The three pump oil supply of the original hydraulic manifold system is changed to the two pump oil supply, and the return oil pressure is used to directly cool the return oil. In this way, the series link of the system is reduced, the system pipeline is simplified, the energy is saved, and it is helpful for energy consumption and efficiency. Timothy told me privately that without the support of his supervisor for the development fee of 6000 US dollars for the hydraulic manifold, he paid it by himself. AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Needle Valve Benchmark HydraForce

Rogelio is from Spain and we met 1 year ago. He sent inquiries about hydraulic cartridge valves to AAK for several times. Some time ago, he came to me and asked for help to make a batch of hydraulic cartridge needle valves. The hydraulic cartridge needle valve used on the hydraulic cold drawing machine they sold to Vietnam has expired the warranty period and needs to be replaced. They either could not benchmark with HydraForce, or they could not meet the time, so Rogelio was anxious. Rogelio remembered that AAK had supplied HydraForce for 9 consecutive years. He believed that I can help him. According to the hydraulic cartridge needle valve drawings provided by Rogelio, the production time is only 30 days. I told him that the lead time was only 30 days, and the manufacturing quality of hydraulic cartridge needle valve was up to the standard of HydraForce, few Chinese hydraulic valve manufacturers could meet these requirements. Disc Springs for Ball Bearing

Disc Springs for Ball Bearing, also be known as “Bearing Preload Disc Springs”, they are assembled with the radial ball bearings, act as a compensator of thermal expansions during their working. AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Counterbalance Valve No Internal Leakage

Consuelo is from a hydraulic equipment manufacturing company in Spain, and has been engaged in procurement for less than 3 years. At the beginning of last year, their excavator was complained.
