SUMMARIZE:
This production line is a hybrid structure line body, including belt line,
double-layer reflux multiplier chain, horizontal reflux powerless roller line
and other components of the production line. It is suitable for assembly and
welding of soft pack battery modules, which are grouped intomodules of
specified specifications. Completes the online production of modules as agreed
by both parties.The system mainly consists of manual sorting machine, pole ear
cutting, pole ear shaping, stacking and bundling machine, speed doubling chain
line, laser welding machine, and powerless horizontal reflow roller line.
