BPRS-A Semi-automatic assembly line for prismatic battery

SUMMARIZE:
This production line is mainly used for prismatic aluminum shell battery
application process, manual loading, OCV sorting, turning mechanism,
manual gluing, reserved station, double station bundling and tightening, manual
installation of BUS piece, laser welding, reserved station.
The front section of the line completes the welding of the module PACK and the
production of the previous process through the module
integration and speed chain, and realizes the linkage with the rear section of
the line through the linkage type load shifting, and the rear
section of the line mainly adopts the manual operation of the speed chain.
