Steel Bar Grating

We supply pressure welded steel bar grating made of carbon steel and stainless
steel. Available in plain smooth and serrated anti-slip surfaces with multiple
standard G model codes. Standard surface treatment includes hot dipped
galvanizing for outdoor anti-rust use. Custom cutting, edge banding and
punching services are supported. Our grating panels are widely used for
industrial platforms, stair treads, drainage trench covers and factory
equipment flooring.
Steel bar grating is pressure-welded panels formed by load bearing bars
interlocked with twisted cross bars. It serves as industrial walkways, working
platforms, stair treads, drainage trench covers and equipment flooring. Load
bearing bars take vertical loads and must align with the support span
direction; cross bars lock bearing bars in place to maintain structural
stability. Plain bearing bars work well for dry indoor spaces, while serrated
bearing bars deliver anti-slip performance for wet, oily or outdoor locations.
We supply carbon steel grating in raw black finish, painted coating and hot-dip
galvanized coating, as well as stainless steel grating built to customer
drawings.
