W single-stage direct-connect vortex pump is used for pumping water or other
liquids with physical and chemical properties like water.

Liquid temperature is less than 60.

metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, aquaculture, fixed fire control voltage, heat
exchange unit and remote sprinkler irrigation agriculture departments and has a

Vortex pump is a kind of vane pump with small flow and high lift.

It has low efficiency and steep drop in performance curve.

Compared with other vane pumps, vortex pump is of different structure.

Simple, small size, light weight, with self-priming ability or with the help of a
simple device to achieve self-priming.

Structure:

Vortex pump is Suitable for transporting clean liquid without solid particles with
viscosity less than 15°E.

It is mainly composed of impeller, pump body, pump cover and so on.

The annular flow is formed between Pump body and impeller.

The liquid is sucked from suction port and obtains energy through the rotating
impeller and then is discharged from discharge outlet.

There is a partition between suction and discharge outlet, and there is a small gap
between the partition and impeller.
