ZTS-40C Rebar Taper Threading Machine

ZTS-40C Rebar Taper Thread Cutting Machine is designed and manufactured by
Hebei Yida Reinforcing Bar Connecting Technology Co., Ltd. It is mainly used as
a special equipment to make taper thread on the end of the rebar in the
processing of rebar connection. Its applicable diameter is from ￠16 to ￠40.
It applies to Grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ level rebar. It has reasonable structure, light
and flexible, simple operation, high production efficiency. It is widely used
in steel bar end processing of taper thread joints in concrete works. It adapts
to a variety of complex construction site environment.
1.The taper rebar couplers are usually longer than others, so the strength of
the rebar won’t be influenced.
2.The advantage of the taper thread cutting is easy operation and can reduce
the operation time for each joints.
3.The tapered thread helps prevent cross-threading and provides a positive
locking, no-slip connection.
4.It can be used on most international grades and types of reinforcing steel
bar (rebar) and installs quickly, taking approximately four and one-half turns
to engage.
5.No special tools or skills are required.
