Description Dredging Rubber Hoses
Our dredging rubber hoses are engineered for heavy-duty performance in
offshore and onshore dredging applications, delivering excellent abrasion
resistance and durability under the toughest working conditions. These hoses
are suitable for the transportation of sand, slurry, gravel, and other dredged
materials, and are widely used in projects such as estuary clearance, beach
replenishment, land reclamation, and large-scale civil engineering works.
Available in diameters ranging from 100 mm ID to 1200 mm ID, our hoses can be
supplied in custom lengths and pressure ratings to meet the exact requirements
of your dredging system. Both suction hoses and discharge hoses are
designed for smooth integration with dredgers and pipelines, ensuring reliable
operation even in rough offshore conditions.

Dredging Rubber Hoses Material
Tube: Smooth NR/ synthetic rubber, generally color is black
Reinforcement: one or multi-layer spiral fabric reinforcements, steel wire
spiral layer
Cover: Oil, abrasion and weather-resistant wrapped synthetic rubber

Dredging Rubber Hoses Features
1. Abrasion Resistance – Outer cover with excellent aging resistance and
corrosion resistance. Inner lining designed to handle highly abrasive slurry
and sand.
2. Custom-Built Design – Hoses are tailored to client specifications,
including wear resistance, tensile strength, bending capabilities, and
operating pressure.
3. Durable Reinforcement – High-tensile textile reinforcement controls
internal pressure and tensile stress.
4. Weather & UV Resistance – Outer rubber cover is formulated for long-lasting
protection against ozone, sunlight, and harsh marine environments.
5. Optional Oil-Resistant Outer Cover – Available for operations requiring
extra protection against oil exposure.
6. Wear Indicator Layers – Wearing colored indicator layer. Optional inner
wear indicators provide early warning for hose replacement in abrasive
applications.
7. Flexible Connections – Large-diameter suction and delivery hoses are easy
to connect with pipelines, reducing oscillation from waves and ensuring smooth
slurry flow.
8. Bending angle in working condition is from 0-45.
9. Low centre of gravity, strong ability of the anti-wave and good stability.
