Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt

Oil resistant conveyor belt is used in greasy situation, conveying oily
materials such as mineral oil, vegetable oil, animal oil, organic solvent in
food processing plants or chemical factories.
The conveyor belt uses multiple layers of EP/nylon fabric as the reinforcement
layer, and the surface is covered with an oil-resistant rubber layer made by a
special formula and process.
Ordinary conveyor belts are prone to expansion, deformation, and surface
peeling when in contact with or soaked in oily materials. HI HERO uses a unique
rubber formula technology to significantly improve the conveyor belt's anti-
expansion, anti-deformation, wear resistance, impact resistance, anti-aging,
and light resistance properties, ensuring its stability and durability under
complex working conditions.
Our oil-resistant conveyor belts are designed to withstand the challenges of
environments where oil and grease are common. These belts are engineered to
maintain their strength and flexibility even when exposed to oil, ensuring
reliable operation in tough conditions.
Applications
Oil-resistant 210 black NBR (nitrile)
Resistant to aromatic solvents, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones and oils
(except esters).
The cover rubber has excellent abrasion and tear resistance.
Oil resistant 220 black NBR + NR (nitrile + natural)
Suitable for applications requiring mild oil resistance and oil/cold
resistance.
Commonly used for transporting wood chips, frozen fish, grains, etc.
Oil resistant 300 PVC + NBR (vinyl + nitrile) poly blend
Highly oil resistant, suitable for general food transport (except for food to
be eaten directly).
Caution may occur when the operating temperature exceeds 80°C.
Standard stock is one side white and one side green.
Oil-resistant 310 black, oil-resistant 330 white, oil-resistant 340 green PVC +
NBR (vinyl + nitrile)
