Bar grating panels and perforated panels fabricated in sizes are popularly used as louver gratings for shade screening and air flow. Bar gratings for louvres are welded pressed grating constructed with transverse bars (louvers) pressed or lock into the bearing bars at an angle between 30 and 45. Qindelin louvre gratings work as shielding screen, ventilation grilles, facade cladding panels, fencings to stop people from peering through on bridges, gangways, elevated walkways,and other sites. It has four different louver blade angles. Varying degrees of shading and ventilating effects are achieved by angle changing of the cross bars pressed in, 15°, 30° or 45°. The open mesh steel grating is a flat panel durable metal grate made from carbon steel or stainless steel with a light structure firmly welded together. Our fiberglass grating is available in a variety of molded patterns, pultrusions styles, resins, and colors to choose from. Molded fiberglass grating is manufactured by interweaving continuous glass filaments which are impregnated with a thermosetting resin. We supply fiber glass grating molded up to five grid patterns available in panel sizes 3 x 10 and 4 x 12 feet. Pultrusion glass fiber grating is made by a continuous molded process in which glass roving and matting are pulled through a vinylester or polyester resin bath. Plug grating is a lightweight and durable flat steel structure widely used as building material in civilian and commercial buildings, theaters, metro, suburban railway and construction projects of various public works areas and facilities. The grating is made with carbon steel or stainless steel bars going through the opening (hole), plug, welding and finishing processes, galvanized or stainless steel natural color. Grating length The bearing grating length is the external grating dimension measured in the direction of the bearing rods (this applies even in the case that the grating length is shorter than the width thereof). Grating width The non-bearing grating width is the external grating dimension measured in the direction of the filling rods. Bearing rods The bearing rods are parallel grating chords supported on both ends and used to transmit the forces induced by the grating load. Filling rods The filling rods are chords sized as a rule to 10 x 2 mm maintaining the vertical position and stability of the bearing rods. Mesh size The mesh size is the axial distance between two adjacent bearing rods and two adjacent filling ones. Border band The border band is a steel band used as a border and reinforcement of the peripheral grating area; as a rule, the cross-sectional area of the border band is identical with that of the bearing rod of the grating. Unidirectional Anti-Slip Arrangement Indentations cut out in filling rods creating an effective anti-slip grating arrangement. Grid gratings for platform floor are made of standard black panels with carbon steel material. It is used for a condensers platform. The popular dimensions of the support plates to be used are 1 x 3/16, separated 1.181 in (30 mm), with the top dentate and transversal bars of 30/127 in (6 mm) welded separated 500/127 in (100 mm). Light duty grating panel is made of open mesh welded construction which gives the panel a light structure for easy carrying and installation. At the same time, the light structure does not allow heavy bearing load. This light style open grid grating provides maximum passage for light, air circulation and drainage, making ideal and economical solution for celling in factory or industrial workshops. Materials and Structures: Light duty bar gratings are manufactured from low carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum steel. It is joined at the intersection of the bearing bars and cross bars. Light duty bar grating ranges in size from 3/4" x 3/16" to 2 1/2" x 3/16". Steel Trench Grates Used as Draining Covers in Waste Water System Steel grating made of black iron or galvanized provides economical and durable solution for trench covers and drain covers. Our trench cover plate generally consists of the steel grating, the angle iron frame and the embedded part. Surface treatment: Black steel or Hot dip galvanizing. Processing and Welding of Trench Grating Covers: 1. High frequency automatic welding machine is used to do welding on the hot dip galvanized gratings and covers (except end plate welding). Melting- corrosion on the based material is not allowed. 2.Material: By CNS SS400 steel or customized 3.Surface Treatment: After grating is formed, the surface is by hot dip galvanization; the thickness of galvanization is 610 g/m2. 4. End Plate Welding: Two sides of gratings are welded on with H*6 mm flat steel. Welding slag is required to be cleaned. Compound steel grating is a product made of steel grating with certain crossing style and checkered plate surface in different thicknesses. The grating type JG323/40/100, JG253/30/100 and JG323/60/100 are generally used as base support materials. The checkered steel plate galvanized or hot dipped with 3mm thickness is used as surface plate. Checkered plate is used as surface tread plates with a thickness of 4mm, 5mm or 6mm according to customers’ requirements. Compound steel grating will generate buckling deformation due to thermal stress after hot dip galvanizing, and larger steel grating has difficult levelling due to the fact the panels are two layers of metal sheets combined firmly together.
