So the actual increase of Disc Spring load caused by the shortening of lever arm at positions I and III should be considered in the design and calculation. 2. Due to the limitation of Ball Valve installation space, we have to consider in design that, the disc spring must provide suitable pressure in a limited space, furthermore, the sensitivity caused by assembly error (it is almost the same order of magnitude as compression of Belleville Spring) should be reduced. 3. Due to the high rigidity of the disc spring, it is not appropriate to use the control method of force value of the standard disc spring. So the higher manufacturing and quality control level be required for manufacturer. 4. For Disc Springs for Valves, its raw material influence the performance much.
