grating that is welded from sawtooth load bars and cross bars . The sawtooth
load bars have uneven teeth on one side, which have excellent anti-slip
properties and are particularly suitable for slippery, greasy environments such
as offshore oil platforms. The surface of the steel grating is usually hot-dip
galvanized, which enhances its corrosion resistance while giving it a modern,
silvery appearance.

What Is Serrated Steel Grating?
Serrated steel grating (also known as serrated bar grating or antislip
steel grating) features bearing bars with hot-rolled serrations to enhance
traction and prevent slipping. Commonly fabricated
via welded, presslocked, swagelocked, or riveted methods, it's ideal
for industrial safety applications.

1. Material : Toothed steel grating is usually made of high-strength carbon
steel or stainless steel. Carbon steel has high strength and good toughness,
and is suitable for general industry; stainless steel is corrosion-resistant
and is used in chemical, marine, food processing and other fields.
2. Load-bearing capacity : The load-bearing capacity of the toothed steel
grating varies according to the specifications, spacing and arrangement of the
cross bars . The load-bearing capacity can reach several tons to tens of tons
