cooled through continuous circulation.
3. Electrical automatic control system: The electrical automatic control system
includes the power supply and automatic control parts. The power supply part

4. Vacuum system: The vacuum system of the thermal vacuum test equipment
detects the pressure in the chamber through pressure transmitters and compares
the detected pressure signal with the set value of the control instrument.
Then, it controls the opening and closing of the solenoid valve and the
operation of the vacuum pump to keep the pressure in the chamber within a
certain range. The vacuum system also includes the main pump (mechanical pump)
system, molecular pump, connecting pipes, valves, accessories, vacuum sensors,
and interlock devices, etc.
