Stainless Steel Grating

Stainless steel grating is a kind of steel grating product which is made of
stainless steel flat steel and cross bars arranged at a certain interval, and
welded by high-voltage resistance welding machine automation equipment or
manual welding. Its surface is polished to remove welding slag or scars left in
the welding process , and the surface can be spray-painted, which has the
characteristics of beautiful and durable, non-slip, and strong load-bearing
capacity.

What Is Stainless Steel Grating?
Stainless steel grating, also known as stainless steel bar grating or SS
grating, is a load-bearing metallic grid manufactured via electrical
resistance welding, press-locking, or swage-locking of stainless steel
bearing bars and cross bars. It provides excellent airflow, light
transmission, and drainage, while offering durable strength and clean
aesthetics.

2. Load-bearing capacity: Depending on the model and specifications, the
stainless steel grating can withstand different loads from light pedestrian
traffic to heavy vehicles. The load-bearing range is wide, ranging from tens of
kilograms to several tons per square meter. The specific parameters are
customized according to your choice.
3. Surface treatment: The stainless steel grating becomes matte grayish white
after pickling and passivation treatment, while electrolytic polishing makes
the surface bright and smooth . The surface can be painted or sprayed with
plastic to make the color richer.
4. Crossbar spacing: Reasonable crossbar spacing design, such as 50mm and
100mm, can not only ensure the stability of the structure, but also effectively
prevent objects from falling.
5. Flat Iron Type: The Bearing Bar types of stainless steel grating can be
divided into flat type, toothed type and I type. The serrated surface can
enhance the anti-slip ability of the stainless steel grating.
