In the traditional propylene process, raw materials rely on petroleum resources, and the fluctuation of its basic price is also affected by the oil price. In the process of the development of the industry, the by- product glycerol production has been improved, which provides a reliable source of raw materials for the production of propylene oxide.

Wet catalytic oxidation, the standard abbreviation CWO, refers to raising the temperature of wastewater to 180 ℃ - 325 ℃, using the oxygen in the air to increase the solubility with the increase of pressure. Under the action of catalyst, oxygen molecules and organics in wastewater undergo a rapid oxidation reaction, resulting in ring breaking and chain breaking of organics, which are collectively referred to as degradation. The principle of degradation reaction is free radical chain reaction. The primary products of oxidative degradation are simple organic acids and organic alcohols below C4. Some of the degradation products will be deeply degraded and mineralized into carbon dioxide to form the removal of TOC. The degradation rule is that the higher the reaction temperature is, the greater the proportion of deep degradation to carbon dioxide is. The catalytic strength can reduce the energy level of degradation reaction and increase the speed of degradation reaction. The top of wet catalytic oxidation process is supercritical oxidation.

Polymethoxydialkyl ether (PODE) is a kind of oligoether compound which is produced by acetalization reaction. When both ends of poden are blocked by methoxy, it is called polymethoxydimethyl ether (dmm3-8, molecular formula CH3O (CH2O) nch3). Compared with DME and dmm1, dmm3-8 has higher viscosity and boiling point, so mixing with diesel does not need to change the existing engine Oil supply system. When the polycondensation molecular unit is controlled at n = 3-6, dmm3-8 has a good miscibility with diesel oil, with an average cetane number of over 76 and a boiling point of 156-268 ℃, which is just in the range of diesel oil. It overcomes the shortage of DME and dmm1 as fuel components, fully meets the requirements of clean diesel oil blending and components, and is considered to be a promising environmental protection diesel oil component.

PPC Technology Introduction PPC (polypropylene carbonate) is a completely biodegradable environment- friendly plastic synthesized from carbon dioxide and propylene oxide. Besides, due to its using the main source of greenhouse gases---CO2 as the feedstock, PPC not only reduces the emission of greenhouse gases, but also reduces the consumption of fossil fuel. Compared to the degradable PLA(polylactide), it has advantages of high strength, good ductility, lower production cost and etc. PPC polyol with low molecular weight are used to replace conventional petroleum-based polyether, polyester and polycarbonate polyols, while PPC with high molecular weight are employed as film products, oxygen barrier material, injection molding material and etc., especially in package industry and agriculture.
