CJ-F001 Polyurethane Foam Cleanroom/ESD Swab Cleanroom and ESD-safe swabs are for precision cleaning, surface sampling, validation procedures, and the application of lubricants or other liquids within cleanroom and other critical contamination control environments. CJ-F swabs are open-cell polyurethane (PU) foam thermally bonded over polypropylene handles. The large circular head of CJ-F001 possesses excellent solvent-holding capacity and durability. It is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide and phthalate esters, and features very low non-volatile residue (NVR), ion content and particle generation. CJ-F001 swab is designed as a general purpose swab for cleaning curved surfaces. The open-cell polyurethane foam head combines exceptional cleanliness with particle entrapment capability. A compact, rigid handle and internal paddle provide maximum dexterity and support in confined areas. This swab also could be used as a disinfectant swab for medical application. Our standard cleanroom swabs are not electrostatic discharge (ESD) safe, but can be manufactured as requested as ESD safe swabs to protect ESD sensitive components from electrostatic discharge. ESD-safe cleanroom swabs enable ESD-safe swabbing of small static sensitive components where ESD events must be controlled. When you review the datasheet or you know even just a little about thermal gap pad, you can find that thermal conductivity is not the most important, it does not meam thermal cnductivity is not vital, but compared to the products which is with similar thermal performance, Laird Tflex HD700 provides higher compression and conformability. With benchmark of Tflex HD700, GLPOLY released XK-P60-PUTTY with high performance and compression as a perfect substitute for Tflex HD700. Customer told me that they bought a Laird Tflex HD700 from electronic material supplier on internet while he took samples from me for comparing. The temperature is 65 degree when performing with Tflex HD700, it was good, but GLPOLY thermal gap pad was better, the temperature was maintained under 60 degree. Most of competitive products are similar to thermal silicone grease with a short service life, one or two years. Rivals’ thermal gel will volatilize and cure, causing thermal conducting to fail. I assured customer that GLPOLY thermal gel will not cure in six years and it provdes a longer life than device’s. I suggested customer make an accelerated aging test to shorten design cycle. Customer accepted my suggestion and fixed test conditions: high temperture 150 degree centigrade, 720 hours, changes were within 5%. Comparing with rival’s changes of 10%, GLPOLY’s standard is much more rigorous. One month later, customer opened test chamber and found that GLPOLY XK-G50 thermal gel remained paste status. Performance test showed that changes of thermal conductivity and thermal impedance were less than 3%. “this is the best what I had test ever.” GLPOLY XK-G50 had been listed in customer’s supplier system. There is no quality complaint for nine consecutive years. GLPOLY XK-G50 thermal gel provides ultra low thermal impedance of 0.001℃in2/W, it wets out interfaces decreasing contact thermal resistance. But that was not the case. Usually, customer can’t find an alternative product with excellent integrated performance from a dozen supplier, either thermal or physical properties fail to meet requirements. GLPOLY had catched up with top-class brand with integrated performance. A power supply technology company from Shanghai consulted with me about an alternative to Fujipoly GR-ae, requesting a thermal conductivity of 1.5W/mK, especially low hardness of Shore00 15 for low compressive force, decreasing stress on component thus decreasing component failures. I understood customer’s requirements, the greatest advantages of Fujipoly GR-ae are low hardness, low stress and high compression rate. There is no problem over thermal conductivity to most of suppliers but the hardness. So I recommended XK-P20 thermal gap pad with a thermal coductivity of 1.5W/mK to customerand and suggested he tested material in realistic settings. Test lasted for three weeks, data was perfect as we expected, thermal conductivity and hardness of GLPOLY thermal pad XK-P20, 1.5W/mK were equivalent to Fujipoly GR-ae, but thermal resistance is one fourth lower than that of Fujipoly GR-ae. That meant GLPOLY XK-P20 prvoided more exellent thermal properties. Customer decided to use XK-P20 thermal pad instead of Fujipoly. We had not received quality complaint for two years since XK-P20 thermal gap pad had been applied in volume production.
