Last January in 2022, a customer in Russia found AAK when looking for a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in China on Google. She sent us an inquiry for 10 pcs of HydraForce cartridge valve PR10-36, along with several other HydraForce standard parts. However, AAK did not have existing programming for PR10-36 and did not quote. Instead, the customer placed trial order for the other models. This January in 2023, the customer checked with us again if AAK is willing to develop PR10-36 as per their original samples. Although they can buy PR10-36 from other hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in China, they do not trust their quality. Because the quality of the trial orders shipped by AAK last year was very satisfying, they want to develop PR10-36 with AAK. In March, the development was finished and delivered. Last week, we were very happy to learn from the Russian customer that the E- PR10-36 Pressure Reducing/Relieving Cartridge Valve developed by AAK is running very smoothly, the quality is very stable.
