Put the material into pot by liquid alkali pump. 4). Heating continuously and stop it till 180 degree, precipitate for 1 hour, that is for wipping out the impurities. 5). Continue to heat, then put a good amount of sulphur and Sodium nitrate for Colour mixing, Precipitate again for 2 hours and keep warm with samll fire. 6). Put them into caustic soda flakes molding machine (for caustic soda flakes ); Put them into caustic soda pearls molding machine (for caustic soda pearls) 7). Cooling, packaging and put into the warehouse
