In this important step, the scraps will be cleaned by high pressure water jets and remove fine sands which may affect the dielectric strength. Through our special pulping machine, we crush mica into micron-level thickness, and control the aspect ratio of micron-level mica fragments in order to produce phlogopite paper pulp with perfect aspect ratio.
