ZY-10 Single-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is specially designed for treating transformer oil and other kinds of insulating liquids in the oil- filled power equipment. Through degasification, dehydration, and filtration process, the dissolved gases and moisture, solid impurities, contaminations can be effectively removed from oil. JUNSUN’s ZY-10 Single-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is designed according to the different saturated vapor pressure of water and oil, it is composed by several major systems, including heating system, filtration system, vacuum separation system, oil feeding system, electric control system. When the machine starts working, the vacuum pump will drain out the air in the vacuum separation chamber to form vacuum, under the action of negative pressure (or oil inlet pump), the external oil will flow into the machine. Firstly, oil flows through the primary filter where the large impurities will be eliminated; then flow through the electric heater where the oil will be heated to 40-70 °C. Then, oil flows through the automatic oil level valve and enter into vacuum chamber. The heated oil is sprayed into the vacuum chamber, at where the water will be rapidly evaporated into water vapor and continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump, then the water vapor will be cooled and turned into liquid water again, finally be discharged out. The dehydrated and degassed oil will be discharged into the secondary and fine filter by the oil drain pump, at where the tiny impurities will be separated. This is one cycle operation. usually, if needed, the oil can be circulated for 2 - 4 cycles.
