Andreus is from a hydraulic equipment company in Chile. He has been in purchasing smoothly for 2 years. At the beginning of the year, their company received an inquiry for a batch of personalized excavators, and customer needed prototypes. The hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve in the hydraulic system is the key. Their engineer asked Andreus to purchase the standard parts of SUN hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valves, but the parameters did not match, and SUN was unwilling to customize. They had to work with a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer who had cooperated with them for 4 years to make samples. But the test run was not smooth. When the load pressure was applied, the opening of the main valve spool of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve would change, affecting the flow and causing the main engine to shake. The hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve manufacturer had no solution but to give up. Andreus contacted more than 10 other hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers, but still no result after 1 week. The engineer was impatient, and Andreus was worried. Andreus browsed AAK website on Google and clicked the article and product introduction about hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valves for many times. He left us a message: How to keep the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve free from load interference and stable flow? I replied: There are many reasons for the problem, which should be analyzed in details. According to the video of abnormal equipment sent by him, as well as the production drawings of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve, AAK engineers judged that the structure should be optimized and AAK is 90% confident to solve the problem. Andreus saw the hope and asked for AAK samples. After 50 days, AAK sent 20 hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve samples. 1 month later, Andreus informed that after the excavator was equipped with AAK hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve, the equipment was running stably and the prototype had been sent to the customer. AAK hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve can resist the pressure fluctuation when the load drops, and the flow is stable. We have made 3 structural optimizations. The hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve is composed of 5 parts: valve body, valve seat, main valve spool, pilot valve spool and pilot mechanism. 1. The valve seat of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve is connected with the valve body to form a connected first channel, and the extended end of the valve seat butts against the pilot mechanism to form a second channel. 2. The main valve spool of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve is provided with a throttling groove, the other end is connected with the inner cavity of the main valve spool, and the pilot drive part is used to drive the pilot valve spool. 3. One end of the pilot valve spool of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve is slidably arranged in the inner chamber of the main valve spool, and the other end is connected with the pilot mechanism. The pilot valve spool is also provided with a throttling groove, an axial pilot valve spool chamber and an orifice. The optimized balance structure of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve, which connects the pilot valve spool and the inner chamber of the main valve spool, enables the oil pressure through the 2 channel ports to form a balance on the pilot valve spool, and the opening of the main valve spool under the force of the pilot mechanism can not be affected by the load pressure fluctuation.
