The pilot valve spool is located in the third pass slot, the convex part passes through the second pass slot and extends into the first pass slot, and the convex slope matches the slope of the second pass slot. 2. Spring change: there is a main spring in the main valve spool. One end of the spring is against the main valve spool and the other end is against the valve housing. The outer side of the pilot valve spool is sleeved with a pilot spring. One end of the spring is against the bulge at the front end of the pilot valve spool, and the other end is against the locking structure at the rear end of the pilot valve spool. 3. Change of through-hole: the valve housing is provided with a first through- hole and a second through-hole. The first through-hole corresponds to the position of the pilot valve spool, and the second through-hole corresponds to the position of the main valve spool. The front end of the main valve spool has a filter pad, the side wall of the main valve spool has a third through hole, the front end of the main valve spool has a fourth through hole, and the filter pad has a fifth through hole. The optimized hydraulic threaded cartridge valve, when the multi-way valve stops working, the pilot valve spool moves towards the main valve spool, and the main valve spool moves towards the front end, so that the second through hole corresponds to the third through hole. AAK can redesign the hydraulic manifold oil circuit and send hydraulic manifold samples within 30 days. Bartolomeo was very happy that AAK found the cause of hydraulic manifold problem at once.
