Kate, the buyer of Terex company, was asked by the head office last month to purchase a batch of hydraulic pressure valves within 3 months. Its wear resistance and high pressure resistance are far better than other rubber sealing rings. The vast majority of domestic hydraulic valve manufacturers use rubber sealing rings, and the maximum limit of their durability test is 20,000 times. Kate realized that AAK was technically different from the other domestic peers, and the price was cheaper than that of American hydraulic valve manufacturers. This week, we’d like to introduce a hydraulic solenoid cartridge valve equivalent to HydraForce SV16-21. It is a solenoid-operated, 2 way, normally open, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve, designed to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications requiring low internal leakage. Last week, we received an inquiry from an American customer Andrew for 100 pcs of hydraulic solenoid cartridge valve SV16-21. As usual, we quoted one price for 10 pcs of test order, and another price for 100 pcs for his regular order. Surprisingly, Andrew said that if we can give a 10% discount, he will place the order for 100 pcs of SV16-21 directly. Few new customers place orders directly without testing samples. After communication, we learned that his friend introduced AAK to him and the friend already tested the manufacturing quality of AAK. Then we knew that he was introduced by our another American customer Richard, who ordered 500 pcs of SV16-21 last August. Previously, Andrew purchased this solenoid cartridge valve SV16-21 from another hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in Ningbo China, the price is 10% lower than AAK, but the quality is not stable as expected. One he knew that Richard is very satisfied with the quality of AAK hydraulic cartridge valves, he wanted to switch the order to AAK but wanted to get the same price as his old manufacturer. To appreciate his trust in AAK and the introduction of our old customer Richard, finally, we offered a 5% discount, which is very close to the price that we offered to Richard for 500 pcs qty.
